INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROPERTY

Dogs are more than welcome here (max. 2 per flat/studio/campervan pitch), with the exception of American Pit Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers.

Flats/Studios,

Check-in 4.00 pm to 9.00 pm

Check-out 10.00 am

Early check-in may sometimes be possible, but only by prior arrangement and for an additional charge of €35; this also applies to late check-out.

Motorhome pitches,

Arrival from 12.00 to 21.00.

Departure by 11.00

If you leave later than 11.00, the next day’s rate will apply and you will be charged for an extra night.

Free Wi-Fi

We offer a fresh bread roll service. (1 May to August)

They are freshly baked and delivered to your flat or available for collection in the hall from 8.00 am.

Free parking on site in front of the house, with CCTV.

One parking space is provided for each flat/studio; an additional car or trailer costs €4.50 per night.

Visitors are asked to park outside the grounds, e.g. by the church.

When making your booking, you can order the following extras: a tea towel set, towels, bath towels, a high chair, a cot and a changing mat.

You can make use of our laundry service; if required, you can also put your laundry in the tumble dryer (for an additional charge).

!!! You must bring your own bath towels and suitable swimwear. You must shower before using the swimming pool; reserving sun loungers is not permitted!!!

Our holiday home is situated on the outskirts of Velden am Wörthersee, in the Augsdorf district. In beautiful Carinthia, where life is simply divine.

It is just 2.5 km from the turquoise waters of Lake Wörthersee and is surrounded by a 3,500 m² garden, complete with a barbecue, a large heated outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor shower, which guests can use free of charge (1 May to 1 September).

During the winter months, a jacuzzi is available for an additional charge (1 December to 1 March).

In the garden, children can let off steam on the trampoline, play equipment, bikes, scooters, go-karts or in the sandpit (parents are, of course, responsible for supervising their children).

We have a bar serving chilled drinks, coffee and tea.

A small menu is available in July and August.

There is also a large recreation room where you can spend time in the evenings or when the weather is less favourable. This room is equipped with a pool table, table football, various board games and puzzles for all ages, a large screen, etc.

In the entrance hall, there is a cupboard full of books to borrow or swap.

In the garden, there are designated campervan pitches (with electricity); these have access to a superb toilet block, featuring toilets, showers, washing-up facilities, grey and black water disposal points, and taps for drinking water.

The water supply to the motorhome showers and washing-up area is turned off between 9.30 pm and 8 am to prevent noise disturbance for our guests upstairs; we hope you will understand.
